"The body is a self-healing organism,
so it's really about clearing things out of the way so the body can heal itself."

What is Lymphatic Massage?
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle form of bodywork that uses skin stretching, pumping and other manual techniques designed to increase the movement of lymph fluid along the lymphatic pathways. When there is a blockage or an area where lymph nodes are damaged the therapist will utilize cross-connections between pathways to move lymph fluid from the congested area to a healthy area. Think of the lymphatic system as a highway for immune cells, when there is a backup, you must detour to alternate routes.
